Contacting Staff
Do NOT directly DM staff members/owners regarding server issues. If you need assistance do one of the following, Open a Discord Ticket or Use /pma in game. This ensures situations are documented and handled fairly.
Real Money Trading
Selling or purchasing in-game money, items, vehicles, or services for real-world currency is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule results in a permanent ban with no appeal.
Staff Respect
Disrespecting, harassing, or impersonating staff members is strictly prohibited. Possible punishments include: Temporary Bans, Permanent Bans, Removal from Discord.
Reporting Rule Breaks
If a rule is broken, Do one of the following. Record a Clip of the situation, Submit it through a Discord ticket, and do NOT attempt to handle the situation yourself. Players must NEVER moderate their own scenes.
Hate Speech
If a rule is broken, Do one of the following. Racist, discriminatory, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise offensive slurs are strictly prohibited. This rule is zero tolerance and may result in an immediate permanent ban.
Voice Communication

Microphone & Headset
Players are required to use a good quality, functioning microphone and headset to ensure clear communication during roleplay, and push to talk active when in city.
No External Communication
Players must not use external communication platforms (Discord, Zoom, etc.) to interact with others while actively playing on the server.
Voice Behaviour
Out-of-character offensive language, threats, or racism are strictly prohibited. Any form of death threat toward real individuals is unacceptable and will lead to serious consequences.

Zero Tolerance for Toxicity
Disrespecting downed players is not allowed! Examples include, Mag dumping bodies, Teabagging, Running bodies over, Posting dead body photos on social media apps in city.
Dark Roleplay Guidelines
Dark RP requires OOC consent from all parties in the form of a ticket. This includes, Dismemberment and Extreme violence. The following are strictly prohibited: Necrophilia RP, Non-consensual sexual RP, Suicide RP.
Character Rules
Character Identity
Character Separation
Each character must be completely independent from one another. Players may not share knowledge, relationships, or connections with their other characters (souls). This would be considered unrealistic and fail RP. This will result in disciplinary action.
Naming Policy
Character names must be realistic and immersive. Meme, troll, or inappropriate names will be changed or punished.
Permanent Death (Perma-Death)
If a player wants to CK a character, They must open a ticket to organize the event. In the case the player has 1 of 1 or dono cars, Staff will need to know to ensure the proper assets are transferred to the new soul. Staff will inspect the cars to ensure no items are being transferred to the new soul.

No Win-Only Mentality
Roleplay is a two-way experience — counterplay is essential. Focus on storytelling, not just winning.
No Cheats / Unfair Mods
Use of modifications or cheats that provide unfair advantages is strictly banned. Visual enhancements that do not grant advantage are allowed.
Player Conduct
Harassment
Harassment is prohibited both inside and outside the server.
Repeatedly targeting players.
No repeated targeting.
Repeatedly going after the same player or group without valid roleplay reason is not allowed.
No following players without RP reason.
Following players around with no valid in-character reason is considered harassment.
No sexual harassment.
Sexual harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
No insults or threats.
Insults, intimidation, or threats meant to harass another player are not allowed.
No harassment through in-city social media apps.
Using in-city social media apps to harass others is not allowed. Don’t be weird — NO means NO!
